Anyone attending classes must sign the medical condition declaration form.
Any other medical condition including ladies menses should be made known to the teacher in order to avoid inadequate poses for the condition.
Also ladies who are pregnant (or suspect they are), or have had a baby recently should advise the teacher.
The minimum equipment necessary for your own home practice is 1 yoga mat, wall space, chair, 5 yoga foam blocks, 2 belts, 2 blankets, 2 wooden or cork bricks and 2 bolsters.
The recommended dress for the classes are shorts preferably (your kneecap should be visible), leggings if not possible to wear shorts, t-shirt (not so loose that it will fall out when you practice an inverted pose).
Warm and loose clothing is fine at the end of the session and at restorative classes. Socks, only at the end.
It is important to know that yoga should not be practiced immediately after meals. 2 hours after a light meal or 4 hours after a heavy meal.
Only some few poses can be practiced after a meal.
